These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prizmfy's website and apps (together, the "Service"), provided by Prizmfy ("Prizmfy," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old, and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use Prizmfy.
Prizmfy turns one piece of source content into platform-tailored drafts for multiple social media channels and formats, including short video scripts, using AI, with optional AI-generated post images and optional direct publishing to connected social accounts. Available channels, generation counts, and features vary by plan and may change over time.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Prizmfy offers a free plan and paid subscription plans with different generation quotas and features, described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor acting as our Merchant of Record — that processor, not Prizmfy, is the seller on your billing statement and handles applicable sales tax/VAT. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law. We may change plan pricing or features going forward; changes won't reduce what you've already paid for in the current billing period.
You retain ownership of the source text you submit and the content Prizmfy generates for you. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (generating, storing, and, when you ask us to, publishing it). AI-generated content can be inaccurate or inappropriate for your context — you're responsible for reviewing anything Prizmfy generates before you publish or rely on it, and for making sure it complies with the rules of any platform you post it to.
If you connect a supported social media account, you authorize Prizmfy to post to it only when you explicitly trigger a publish action — we never post on your behalf automatically. You're responsible for complying with that platform's own terms of service, and you can disconnect an account at any time from your account settings.

The Prizmfy name, logo, and the Service itself (excluding your content) are our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prizmfy won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using Prizmfy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (like intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use Prizmfy after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
